Pre-Professional is for accelerated dancers that have a desire to go beyond the dance studio.  These dancers train over 20 hours per week and travel across the country to continue their training and compete amongst the best in the industry. Our pre-professional dance classes are designed for the student who wants to pursue a career or higher education in dance, and needs the discipline and classes available to do so. This group will also pursue professional work that may come available: dance modeling, performance opportunities, ambassadorships, televised events, etc.

​​Our pre-professional program is by invitation only.  All dancers must audition for our company to qualify for our pre-professional program.   
​These dancers and guardians must agree to follow our pre-professional guidelines for the season, as there is a high level of commitment expected from these dancers. 

​Along with all the requirements to be on the competition teams, our pre-professional students will be expected to attend additional conventions and competitions.  They will also be highly encouraged to seek outside opportunities in dance whenever possible.

Expectations:

• All pre-professional dancers are required to take four ballet classes a week, two technique classes a week, acro, leaps and turns, and stretch and conditioning.  
• Pre-professional dancers will attend all regular competitions, along with three additional conventions throughout the year.​
• All pre-profesional dancers will be expected to compete at least one solo and/or a duet or trio.
