About Ms. Haley
Ms. Haley Cislo is a passionate and experienced educator dedicated to training dancers at the highest level—both recreationally and competitively—while also shaping young minds in the classroom. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Social Studies from Eastern Michigan University, providing a strong foundation for her career in education. Since Dance Nation’s opening in 2017, she has been a key instructor, training dancers in both recreational and competitive programs with a focus on technique, artistry, and personal growth. With her own personal experience performing and training, Ms. Haley brings real-world expertise to her students, preparing them for success in and beyond the studio. She also teaches social studies and dance at Renaissance Academy, where her student-centered approach—"meet them where they're at"—ensures every child is supported in their learning journey. Ms. Haley's dual roles allow her to cultivate discipline, creativity, and confidence in her students, making her an invaluable mentor in both the dance and academic communities. |

About Ms. Alexa
Alexa Davis is a Detroit-based performer, dance educator, and choreographer. Her career has taken her from Michigan to New York City, where she trained, performed, and choreographed throughout the tri-state area. She danced professionally with the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders for two seasons, performed on America’s Got Talent, and worked with artists such as Jack Harlow, Bebe Rexha, and Quinn XCII. Alexa was also a company member with ConteXture Dance Detroit, further refining her artistry. A passionate educator, she has choreographed for Adrian College Dance Team and Eastern Michigan Dance Team and is a certified barre instructor. She also travels with Legacy Dance Championships as a stage judge and crew member. Specializing in jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, musical theatre, and ballet, Alexa continues to inspire the next generation of dancers while contributing to the professional dance community through performance, choreography, and education. |

About Coach Lindsey
Coach Lindsey brings energy, expertise, and a passion for movement to Dance Nation’s tumbling program! With a background in gymnastics and acrobatics, she specializes in helping dancers develop strength, flexibility, and confidence in their skills. Lindsey loves watching her students grow—not just in technique, but in their belief in themselves. She focuses on safe skill progression, strong fundamentals, and making class fun and challenging for all levels. Whether it’s a first cartwheel or an advanced aerial, she’s dedicated to helping every student reach their goals. When she’s not coaching, Lindsey enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. |

About Mr. Derrick
Derrick Finley-Bell is is a lifelong lover of all things Dance! From Woodhaven, Michigan Derrick discovered his passion for dance at an early age by watching his favorite artists on MTV. He was on the "Next Level Dance Company from 2014-2017 and is currently on Blackout Dance Crew and Melodic Nocturne dance tribe. Mr. Derrick is also the founder of "The Plastic Dollz" based in Detroit. He is excited to be joining our Dance Nation family! |

About Ms. Chloe
Chloe Ramoz has been dancing for 17 years, and has studied all styles of dance including Tahitian and African dance. At the young age of 14, she discovered her passion for teaching dance and taught all ages and styles, as well as choreographed competition numbers for 5 years. Chloe graduated from Wayne State University in Spring of 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Dance. Chloe loves teaching dance and working with kids, and is so excited to continue pursuing her passion here at Dance Nation! |
