Tricia Green, dance instructor and owner/director of Dance Nation, was born in southeastern Michigan where her training started at the age of 3. Ms. Tricia studied at Wayne State University in Detroit where she earned her BS in Dance with a business minor. Dance has always been her passion, and now after 10 years of teaching is eager to begin this journey as a studio owner/director.
Haley Cislo has been teaching at Dance Nation since our opening in 2017. While attending Woodhaven High School she was captain of the varsity dance team. After graduation she coached the WHS Dance Team alongside Ms. Tricia. Ms. Haley moved to Orlando, Florida in 2013 where she was a cast member at Magic Kingdom. After returning home, she had the pleasure of training/performing with Next Level Dance Company before graduating from EMU where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Haley trains both our recreational and competitive programs.
Alexa Davis, currently living in Ann Arbor, is a performer and choreographer. She graduated in 2017 from Eastern Michigan University summa cum laude with a BS in Dance Studio Management and a Minor in Business. She is also a certified barre instructor with Xtend Barre in Brooklyn, New York, and travels with Legacy Dance Championships during the competition season. Alexa is currently dancing with Contexture, a Detroit-Based Contemporary company and has worked with and choreographed for many studios and dance teams including Adrian College Dance Team and Eastern Michigan Dance Team. Throughout her college years, Alexa performed and trained under many notable choreographers such as Wendi Dubois, Jillian Hopper, Phil Simmons, Kathy King, and Jodie Randolph. She also was apart of Eastern Michigan Dance Team and various hip hop troupes. After graduating, Alexa moved to New York City and has trained with Shelly Hutchinson and worked and assisted Valerie Hoffman (Norwegian Cruise Lines) and Ryan Jackson (Wicked on Broadway). She enjoyed training, performing, and choreographing in the New York tri-state area.
Alexa’s passion is teaching dance and fitness, and she holds great pride in her ability to work with youth of all ages. She hopes to continue to grow as an educator, fitness instructor, and performer, and is thrilled to be a part of the Dance Nation staff!

Chloe Ramoz has been dancing for 17 years, and has studied all styles of dance including Tahitian and African dance. At the young age of 14, she discovered her passion for teaching dance and taught all ages and styles, as well as choreographed competition numbers for 5 years. Chloe graduated from Wayne State University in Spring of 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Dance. Chloe loves teaching dance and working with kids, and is so excited to continue pursuing her passion here at Dance Nation!
Derrick Finley is is a lifelong lover of all things Dance! From Woodhaven, Michigan Derrick discovered his passion for dance at an early age by watching his favorite artists on MTV. He was on the "Next Level Dance Company from 2014-2017 and is currently on Blackout Dance Crew and Melodic Nocturne dance tribe. Mr. Derrick is also the founder of "The Plastic Dollz" based in Detroit. He is excited to be joining our Dance Nation family!
